📦 Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unused and unworn

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

🚫 Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at info@itzzys.store within 3 days of delivery.
We’ll evaluate the issue and offer a resolution.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different item, please return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.

🇪🇺 European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Your item must be:

  • In unused, original condition

  • With tags and original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, we’ll refund the purchase to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Banks or credit card companies may take extra time to process your refund.
